Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session with Azava, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Surrendered Touch and Clean Your Temple sessions:
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 72 hours before your appointment.

Quantum Energy Experience sessions:
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

For cancellations made after these timeframes, or in the case of no-shows, the full session fee will be charged.

3. Client Responsibility

Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own responsibility. These sessions are intended to support emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual healing.

It is natural for emotions, insights, physical sensations -such as the release of tension, spontaneous movement, or pain surfacing- as well as uncomfortable truths to arise during or after a session, as part of the body's unwinding and healing process.

Healing and transformation may continue beyond the session. You are encouraged to integrate at your own pace, and to approach your process with gentleness and trust.

Azava offers a loving, safe, and sacred space where you are invited to meet yourself deeply.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared before, during, or after sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality and will never be shared without your explicit permission.

5. Session Experience

Each session is unique and intuitively tailored to what is present in the moment. Azava holds space with deep presence, respect, and sacredness.

While immediate shifts may occur, lasting transformation often unfolds like a spiral, deepening over time, guided by your body’s sense of safety and your growing awareness. This journey usually requires time, patience, and commitment.

Results cannot be guaranteed, but each session is offered as a catalyst for your healing, expansion, and re.membering.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed -either before or at the start of your session.
Sessions may be postponed or cancelled if payment is not received as agreed.
