Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session, journey or gathering, purchasing an art creation, or entering into another agreement with Azava / THE ZUVUYA, you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to that offering.

Any specific terms communicated on the relevant offering page, booking page or individual agreement form part of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Sessions & Journeys

Sessions and journeys are entered into voluntarily and at your own responsibility.

Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.

For journeys consisting of multiple sessions, individual sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours count as part of the agreed journey.

3. Gatherings & Events

Bookings for gatherings and events are subject to the cancellation conditions communicated on the relevant event or booking page.

Your place is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.

If a gathering or event is cancelled by THE ZUVUYA, any participation fee already paid for that gathering or event will be refunded.

4. Personal Responsibility & Nature of the Work

Sessions, journeys and gatherings may include bodywork, touch, movement, voice, creative expression, energetic work and other experiential practices, depending on the offering.

Participation is voluntary and you remain responsible for your own body, boundaries, choices and wellbeing throughout the experience. You are always welcome to communicate a boundary, pause or choose not to participate in a particular practice.

The work offered by THE ZUVUYA is intended to support self-exploration, awareness, embodiment and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.

Emotions, insights, physical sensations or spontaneous movement may arise during or after an experience. Integration can continue beyond the time we spend together, and you are invited to move through this process at your own pace.

No particular outcome or result can be guaranteed.

5. Original Frequency Art

Each Original Frequency Art creation is a unique, one-of-one original.

Colours, metallic and interference materials may appear slightly different depending on lighting, and viewing conditions. These natural visual variations are part of the creation and are not considered defects.

For purchases made online, any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase will be respected. Commissioned or clearly personalised art creations created specifically for you are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where this exception applies under consumer law.

Commissioned artworks are created intuitively and their final appearance cannot be predetermined or guaranteed. By commissioning a work, you acknowledge the open and intuitive nature of the creative process.

Art creation should be handled and displayed with appropriate care. THE ZUVUYA cannot be held responsible for damage caused after delivery through improper handling, storage or display.

6. Live Channelled Art

Live Channelled Art may be offered at events, gatherings and other locations. Practical arrangements, including timing and fees, may vary depending on the setting and are determined by Azava, the organizer, or by mutual agreement.

Where an individual booking is made directly with Azava, the booking and cancellation conditions communicated at the time of reservation apply. If exceptional circumstances arise, please reach out to me.

Each creation arises intuitively in the moment and is personally attuned to the individual receiving it. Its final appearance cannot be predetermined or guaranteed. By choosing to receive a creation, you acknowledge the open and intuitive nature of the creative process.

7. Embodied Muse

Embodied Muse is offered as modelling and/or embodied presence for artists, photographers, facilitators, workshops, events or other agreed creative contexts.

The nature and boundaries of each collaboration are agreed upon in advance.

Any photography, filming, recording, publication or other use of images or material featuring Azava is subject to the separately agreed Model Release Agreement where applicable. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes permission to photograph, record, reproduce or publish such material.

8. Payment

Payment is due according to the conditions communicated for each offering, purchase or co.creation.

Where payment in installments has been agreed for a journey, the agreed payment schedule remains applicable regardless of the timing of the individual sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional costs agreed in advance, such as room rental, shipping or travel expenses where applicable, form part of the total agreement.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Personal information shared in the context of sessions, journeys and other private work is treated with care and confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless you have given permission or disclosure is required by law.

The processing of personal data through the website, purchases, bookings, forms and email communication is further described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

Sometimes circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control may require an appointment, gathering, event or collaboration to be changed, postponed or cancelled.

Where this occurs, I will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible and seek an appropriate solution.

11. Liability

THE ZUVUYA takes reasonable care in providing its offerings and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE ZUVUYA is not liable for loss, injury or damage resulting from participation in an offering or from the use of an art creation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You remain responsible for communicating relevant boundaries, circumstances or information that may affect your participation.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Dutch or European consumer law.
