Living from your Body is a way of BeingThrough this devoted 1:1 journey, you are invited to deepen your relationship with yourself
To slow down, feel, listen and connect with what is alive within youWithin this space, you are deeply listened to, met without judgment, accompanied with presence and reflected with clarity
Creating space for you to meet yourselfThis journey is offered to a limited number of women at any one time
We begin with a complimentary 20-minute Zoom call to meet, connect and feel whether this journey is aligned for us both.

Every session is guided through presence, deep listening and attunement to what is alive within you.
Together, we explore the conscious and unconscious programmings you carry about yourself as a woman. As you deepen your relationship with your Body, these soften, allowing your feminine Essence to express itself more freely.
Depending on what is needed in the moment, sessions may include:

Surrendered Touch is a holistic Bodywork experience in which touch, massage, sound and energy are woven together.
Each session is guided by intuition, deep listening and attunement to your Body in the moment. The session unfolds in response to what is present, honouring your intentions and your unique process.
Through intuitive touch, sound and presence, space is created for trust, surrender and a deeper connection with your Body.
