We are a Divine being experiencing a physical life. How does this work and what is the purpose of it? And how do we re.member what it truly means to be a Divine human being?

For me this life path is about opening and connecting to the Sacred Heart and to be able to be fully alive, activated and connected with the world and beyond. To be fully alive is to feel and experience all of life. All the different shapes and forms of energies. To accept and be present with them in a healthy way.

There have been moments in life for all of us in which it was too fearful to feel the emotions present within ourselves or from our surroundings. Creating stuck energies in our bodies. They are pockets of time in which a memory of a trauma is held. A place where the energy flow stops. Knowing that every experience has a purpose. A physical purpose and a non-physical purpose to serve our individual soul, the collective soul and beyond. All of our experiences are connected to our Akashic Record. 

We are living our lives holding on to emotions we are not able or willing to feel, consciously or unconsciously. By doing so we are suppressing our own life force energy into a more dense experience. An experience that is not free and is creating more of the same experiences by vibrational resonance, that the inner child within us has accepted. Every time we get triggered, our Record gets triggered, inviting us to choose through infinite potential. These moments are opportunities for re.awakening. It is through acknowledgment we can heal by re.organising ourselves and re.membering that we are energy experiencing itself in an endless flow of creation. Our Essence is Creation. 

By surrendering and being present with all the sensations and emotions in our body, we can free stuck energy from ourselves, our environment and the collective soul. Surrendering means we let the energy move instead of controlling it into forms it feels safe for our human egos. It is a state of being fully alive. Authentic, vulnerable, true in the totality of all that we are. This is the path of embodiment of our soul giving expression through the body. Allowing life to unfold itself through our being in its own flow of natural cycles. Moving with the flow of life instead of controlling life. Here is where true transformation lies. In acknowledging, honouring and loving all of life completely as it IS from within, in all the spectrums there are to experience. Without holding on to any of it… A surrendering to life on this planet and to the Divine within us.

Entering deeper layers of the Truth of your bodies and souls Wisdom. A space where your body can open up and suppressed emotions can arise, be expressed and released. Allowing life force to move more effortlessly through your body. Experiencing life more fully, more alive. Creating more body awareness on both physical and energetic levels.

    Surrendered Touch are massage experiences in which Azava helps you with touch and sound for you to dive into deeper layers of your body and to go into expansion from these depths. She invites your body to surrender and let go by tuning in the more subtle energy levels. Listening to your body, that is your Temple, and surrendering to the flow of energy in the moment herself. She uses her strong intuition and skills, in which trust can emerge and your body feels safe.

    Azava feels to honour the uniqueness of every body and every moment. That is why every experience can be totally different. There is no form. There is no goal.     Azava can guide and support you with cleaning and balancing all of your living spaces in a profound way.

    Your outer Temple, your house, is a reflection of your inner Temple, your body. Your Sacred space within and without. By cleaning our outer temple we can address our inner programming. We can support our inner transformations by being in harmonious spaces which are filled with peace, beauty and where the energy is clean and alive.

    Objects are living beings that have their own unique frequency. In order to be able to function in the best way for you, harmony is needed in relation to their environment. It is our responsibility to provide for them, to take care of them and to honour their function. Then each object can actually function as a medicine for your wellbeing.

    To create harmonious spaces we need to organise and bring structure to the space. Everything in the universe has an order. Objects have a purpose they want to fulfill. Therefore they want to be in the place where they belong. If they can no longer fulfill their purpose, it is time to let them go. So that they can serve others. There can be many reasons why we keep things. Why we are attached to objects. It is a good mirror to look inside and see what energy we are holding on to.
