3. YOUR RIGHTS AS A CREATOR

Copyright arises automatically when an original creative work qualifies for protection under applicable copyright law. No copyright registration is required.

As the creator of my original expressions, I have the right to determine how they are reproduced, published, shared or otherwise used, subject to applicable copyright law.

I HOLD TWO TYPES OF RIGHTS

1. Economic (exploitation) rights

These allow me to decide how my work may be reproduced, published, shared or commercially used.

Others may not do so without my permission.

2. Moral (personality) rights

These protect my relationship to my creations, including certain rights concerning attribution and alterations that may affect the integrity of the creation or my reputation as its creator.

4. CREATIVE SOURCE & ENERGETIC ORIGIN

Legal protection is one layer of my relationship with what I create.

There is also an energetic truth:

These creations come through my hands, my Body, my listening and my surrender to Existence. They carry intention, frequency and the unique expression through which they came into form.

For me, creation is not purely intellectual. It can be intuitive, channelled and born through deep states of presence.

Inspiration may arise through a shared field, yet the form through which it becomes visible is a unique creative expression.

To honor intellectual property is therefore also, for me, to honor the channel through which creation came into form.

I ask that the creations that come through me be shared with consent, appropriately credited, and not altered, extracted or commercially used in ways that disregard their source or integrity.

5. FORMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Different forms of intellectual property may protect different aspects of creative work.

Copyright protects original creative expressions that qualify for protection under applicable copyright law, including art, writing, photography, sound and video.

Moral rights protect certain aspects of the relationship between a creator and their work.

Design rights may apply to qualifying designs.

Trademark rights may protect names, logos or other signs where the relevant legal requirements are met.

Not every creation or element is necessarily protected by every form of intellectual property.

6. THE DEEPER LAYER — CREATION AS TRANSMISSION

When inspiration moves through a human being and becomes form - a drawing, a text, a sound, a symbol - that expression carries the imprint of the being through whom it emerged.

To use another person's creation without permission can therefore be more than a legal matter. For me, it can also be a break in energetic integrity.

To respect intellectual property is to respect the channel, the creation and the human through whom it came into form.

This creates space for:

  • trust in creative spaces;

  • safety for authentic expression;

  • integrity;

  • reciprocity in co.creation.

Inspiration is welcome. I ask that it becomes a doorway into your own unique expression - an invitation to listen to what wishes to move through your own Heart and to allow it to emerge from presence.
